Where do you operate from?
We operate from Mohkinstsis (Calgary), Alberta, Canada, on the traditional territories of the Treaty 7 people.
Are your products handmade?
All designs are 100% created and tested by me, Phoebe Riel, to ensure quality and creativity. However, products are made-to-order through a trusted print-on-demand partner to ensure professional production and eco-friendly practices.
Are your products sustainable?
We strive to minimize waste by using print-on-demand services and recyclable materials for packaging. Additionally, our fulfillment centers prioritize ethical labor practices.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments for secure and easy checkout. Please note, we do not accept e-transfers or cheques.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it at hello@salmonbearshop.com. Once production begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
You can update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at hello@salmonbearshop.com. After this window, changes cannot be made.
Do you offer custom designs or wholesale orders?
Currently, we do not offer custom designs or wholesale orders. However, for business inquiries or special projects, feel free to contact us at rielphoebe@gmail.com.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:
- Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
- International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package’s progress.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return/refund policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase!
- Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us at hello@salmonbearshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Other Returns: Since most products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or doesn’t meet quality standards.
However, if there’s an issue, please reach out—we review each case individually and will do our best to find a resolution.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, email us at hello@salmonbearshop.com within 30 days with photos of the damage. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange apparel if it doesn’t fit?
We currently do not offer exchanges due to sizing issues. If you’re unsure about sizing, check the size chart on the product page or contact us before placing your order.
