1. General Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@salmonbearshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear photos of the damage or defect.
  • We will evaluate your request and work with our print-on-demand partner, Printful, to resolve the issue. If needed, we may issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
  • Quality Issues:
    If your item does not meet our quality standards, please reach out to us. While Printful typically refunds for production issues, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will cover the cost ourselves if necessary.
  • Other Returns:
    Although we generally do not accept returns for reasons beyond defects or quality issues, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@salmonbearshop.com if there is a problem.
    • Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will do our best to find a resolution that leaves you happy with your experience.

2. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages:
    If your package is lost in transit and the shipping address you provided was correct, we’ll replace your order at no additional cost.
    • Note: We cannot be responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Damaged Packages:
    If your package is damaged during transit, please email hello@salmonbearshop.com with:
    • Your order details.
    • Photos of the damaged packaging and item.
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Sale items.
  • Gift cards.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • You can request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@salmonbearshop.com.
  • Once your order is in production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

7. Exceptions & Notes

  • Shipping Charges: Non-refundable unless the item is damaged or lost during shipping.
  • Packaging & Condition: Items must be returned in original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags and packaging.
