    • 97.66% of orders are shipped within 5 business days.
    • More than 50% of orders ship within 3 business days or fewer.
  • Holidays: During busy holiday periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Calculated at Checkout: Shipping rates are based on your location, order size, and shipping method.
  • Available Options: Standard shipping is available for all orders, and express shipping is offered in certain regions for an additional fee.

Estimated Delivery Times

Your order’s arrival depends on your location and the shipping method selected:

  • Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days after fulfillment, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs delays, postal issues, or other factors outside our control.

  • Salmon Bear Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Damaged Packages

    • If the shipping address you provided was correct at the time of purchase, we’ll work with you to replace your order.
