At Salmon Bear Shop, we’re committed to providing you with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our policies below, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.

 


1. Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase and take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not satisfied or if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at hello@salmonbearshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include a photo of the issue to help expedite the process. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner, Printful, to arrange a replacement or refund.

  • Product Quality Issues: In most cases, Printful will refund both you and us for product quality issues. If not, we’re happy to cover the cost ourselves to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Returns for Other Reasons: Since our products are print-on-demand, we generally cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or doesn’t meet our quality standards. However, if you’re unhappy with your purchase, reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

  • Order Changes & Cancellations: Need to make a change or cancel your order? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.


2. Shipping Policy

All products are made-to-order through Printful, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship while minimizing waste. Here’s what to expect:

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

  • Shipping Times:

    • Canada & U.S.: 5–10 business days after fulfillment.
    • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment (varies by location and customs).
  • Tracking Information: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

  • Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. Salmon Bear Shop is not liable for delays caused by customs.

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at hello@salmonbearshop.com, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.


3. Payment Policy

We make checkout simple and secure:

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

  • Secure Processing: Your payment will be processed as soon as your order is placed. You’ll receive an order confirmation email with all the details.

  • Note: We do not accept e-transfers or cheques at this time.


4. Quality Assurance Policy

Quality is at the heart of everything we do.

  • All designs are created and sampled by me, Phoebe Riel, to ensure they meet my high standards before being added to the shop.
  • Our products are produced using Printful’s premium print-on-demand services, known for their commitment to quality and ethical manufacturing practices.
